I started teaching Salesforce a year back and have been able to share with them my project experience. Since I have been a developer, I have the required hands-on experience to teach and guide the students and also help them build the mindset required to design solutions in order to make them ready for the future. I try to incorporate as much hands-on activities as possible so that students understand the basics in detail and not just cram. I believe that when a solid foundation is laid, if the mason is able and his materials good, a strong house can be built.
