About Mariah
I am a second year college student: Majoring in Biology and criminal justice. I graduated with a 3.5 GPA in high school and was part of the National Spanish Honors Society. I have tutored beginners Spanish and environmental biology throughout my high school years: though I love to read and write.

My method of teaching is based of the student. Personally I am a visual learner as many kids are, I prefer to use videos, and reading passages to build understanding of material. I teach punctuation, grammar, and the use of imagery in writing; this can be improved by continuously writing smaller passages to enhance the child’s writing skills.
