About Maham
I have been school council at my school for the past 3 years, I have had a lot of experience with all sorts of mental health issues (eg-depression, anxiety and others!)
personally I understand what its like having to go through these mental issue and how to face them as I've faced many obstacles myself.

I like to start my sessions with a fun game, so I can get the child to take their mind away from all the negative things that are surrounding them and to just take a few minutes to look at all the positivity around you, I then ask them to make a list of all the things they love/enjoy in their life so they can start doing more of those and start enjoying life rather then having a negative mindset and wasting your precious life on negativity.
I believe that everyone should be able to live their lives to the fullest as there is a saying that goes "YOLO" you only live once
