I am a father of 2, and husband. I am a full time real estate broker for 23 years. I find that I am most at peace when I am in the kitchen cooking. I have cooked for Bonanza, as the head broiler chef in the past.

About the lesson

My teaching method is the use video right in the kitchen. I will teach tips on food handling, safety, knife skills, prepping ingredients, stove top demonstrations, all the way to the clean up! Let's have some fun and learn a life long skill! Imagine being able to prepare your own sauces, gravy, mashed potatoes, meat loaf and more! I will also do something know one has ever done on television, teach you what to do with your left overs! Hence: "Flavors rebuilt" I may even bring my own Mom on the class to teach what she taught me!
