The first lesson went great, he is bright, and I think the biggest issue is that his teacher is foreign and has a thick accent is hard to understand. We just went over the formulas and he was able to easily plug it in and solve the equations. He picked it up very quickly and was able to have good comprehension. I'd say that things to work on would just be memorizing the formulas and practicing problems and learning how to do the simple math that can easily be miscalculated I:what you do on one side of the equation, you must do to the other to get the variable independent!
