About Anuradha
I am a chemistry educator since 2010 and involve both in teaching and chemical education research. I am CSIR NET qualified and joined in NCL, Pune for Ph.D. After my postdoctoral research from France, I joined pharma company, but teaching is my passion so I moved to academia. Last five years I am working as a senior chemistry Instructor in BS (research) program in IISc, Bangalore.

I follow the NGSS-the three dimensional way of science teaching. Being involved in chemical education research and associated with different reputed chemistry organization like Indian Chemical Society, Asiatic Society, Kolkata, Association of Chemistry teachers, Mumbai, I follow the advanced level chemistry education methodologies. I emphasize conceptual understanding rather than memorization methods. I give more importance to enhance students understanding on the microscopic concept which are the basis of conceptual understanding of chemistry proposed by world-famous chemistry educator Prof Johnstone. I also follow the recent development of teaching methodologies from various chemical education journals. My aim to start tutoring or coaching in chemistry to produce good students who can think chemistry and relate chemistry to the daily life phenomenon. It will improve their task-value belief, self-efficacy belief, goal orientaion.
