About Sicheng
My name is Sicheng, and I am an experienced tutor based in London. I have worked as a private tutor, governess, and IELTS speaking partner, supporting students ranging from young learners to international students preparing for exams. I choose to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students gain clarity, confidence, and consistency in their learning. Many of my students come to me feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and I take pride in breaking down complex tasks, guiding them step by step, and helping them realise they are capable. Having experienced different education systems myself, I understand the challenges students face, especially those adapting to the UK curriculum or learning English as a second language. This allows me to teach with patience, structure, and empathy. My goal is simple: to provide clear instruction, steady support, and a learning environment where every student can progress with confidence.
