About Maddie
I am a confident, friendly person who loves what I do! All my unpaid work experience has been in teaching so I am looking to do it professionally!
I have appeared in 7 amateur shows, performed on a London West End stage twice and travelled Europe with my high school chamber choir. All this experience means I am well versed in multiple singing styles.
I can read and write sheet music and look to teach my students how to sing according to their capabilities and what style matches their vocal style/voice more. Unlike other singing tutors, I am fresh out of college and know first hand what skills are required to achieve success.

A typical lesson is about 40 minutes which allows for a vocal warm up, discussion of today's lesson, practice and rehearsal, finishing with a cool down and a review of that lesson plus any homework/research or reading required for next lesson.
My techniques range from standard vocal health and exercises to strengthen the larynx and diaphragm to specific techniques such as Acting through song.
I have tutored/volunteered as a PerformingArts teacher for 3 months as well as achieving D*D*D* in my Performing Arts A Levels last year. I have plenty of practical experience as well as years of vocal training and performance.
