About Sona
I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance and Music Communication after years of focused training in vocal technique, artistic interpretation, and live stage presentation during my academic studies. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with students from many different musical backgrounds and experience levels, helping them improve through personalised coaching and supportive instruction. Teaching singing allows me to combine creativity, emotional communication, and mentorship in a meaningful and rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners become more expressive and confident performers through music.
My teaching approach focuses on flexibility, patience, and healthy vocal development. Some students improve best through technical repetition and structured exercises, while others respond more naturally to emotional exploration and creative interpretation. I carefully adjust lessons according to each learner’s comfort level, confidence, and artistic goals. Along with technical growth, I help students strengthen breathing control, vocal clarity, expressive phrasing, and performance readiness. Building a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as a teacher.
Outside teaching, I continue practising vocals, exploring different music traditions, and studying modern performance techniques that help keep lessons motivating and engaging. Music remains a powerful source of creativity and emotional connection in my life. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing students become more expressive and self-assured throughout their musical journey.

My singing lessons focus on helping students strengthen vocal technique while developing emotional expression and performance confidence through supportive and organised training sessions. I teach breath support, resonance, articulation, pitch accuracy, vocal placement, phrasing, and tone clarity using exercises that feel approachable for learners at every level. Lessons also include vocal warm-ups, harmony exercises, rhythm activities, interpretation practice, and stage preparation that help students improve naturally through regular repetition. I create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel comfortable exploring their voice openly without fear of mistakes. Every lesson supports both technical development and artistic individuality together.
Beginners focus on breathing exercises, simple melodies, vocal projection, and foundational techniques through patient instruction and structured routines that build healthy singing habits gradually. Intermediate learners improve expressive delivery, vocal flexibility, harmony awareness, and smoother transitions through guided studies and focused singing exercises. Advanced students strengthen emotional storytelling, advanced repertoire, stylistic variation, and stage confidence through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, confidence, and musical interests so progress remains balanced and encouraging throughout the learning process.
Learning to sing should feel expressive, uplifting, and personally meaningful. I encourage students to trust their natural voice while building confidence through supportive feedback and regular practice. Many learners become more comfortable performing and expressing emotion through music as their vocal abilities continue improving naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both technical skill and artistic confidence while enjoying their musical growth.
