About Kendrea
Hey beautiful peoplle, I go by drea B. Every since I had gave birth to my son and daughter Ihave been feeling soo youcky about my body. I mean I gaiined an excessive amount of weight withinthe years of being a Mother. Me running aroundall day or running on a treadmill was not motivatingme enoughto go work out. So I searched and searched to find the right exercise for me to feel comfortablewith and know Ican do everyday. I camme across yoga exercises. It changed my spiritual and physical self forever. As a working mother my body feels incredible. I have been doing yoga practices fora year now. My mind is clear and my body is not in pain anymore! I want to help others relax their mind and body.
