About Rini
With 9 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have taught High School and College students and helped around 150–200 learners improve their English skills. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I always aim to make a positive difference in my students’ learning journey.
My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, consistency, and encouragement. I believe that English can be learnt easily when it is taught in a clear and practical way. I break down complex topics into simple steps so that students can understand them better.
I use a mix of teaching methods, including conversations, exercises, and real-life examples. This helps students improve their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. I also give regular feedback so students can understand their progress and improve continuously.
I understand that every student is different, so I adjust my teaching style based on their needs. Some students need more practice, while others need more explanation. I make sure each lesson is useful and engaging.
One of my proud achievements is helping students gain confidence and perform better in exams and presentations. Many students who struggled at first have shown great improvement.
I am a patient and supportive tutor who believes in guiding students with care and dedication.

My ESL teaching approach focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability to ensure effective learning. I believe that students learn better when lessons are engaging and meaningful, so I use creative techniques like storytelling, discussions, role-play, and real-life examples.
I encourage critical thinking by asking students to share their opinions, analyse ideas, and communicate clearly. This helps them build confidence and improve their language skills in a practical way.
As a mentor, I provide strong support and guidance. I understand that every student is unique, so I personalise my teaching methods to match their learning style and pace. I create a positive environment where students feel motivated and confident.
I also emphasise accountability by setting clear expectations and helping students stay consistent. I track their progress and provide feedback to support improvement.
In addition to ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall development. My goal is to help students become confident communicators and independent learners who can succeed in academics and beyond.
