About Elizabeth
My name is Elizabeth Ajayi. I’m from Nigeria. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Education from Tai Solarin University of Education, a teacher’s training certificate in Chemistry and Mathematics and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I’ve taught English, Mathematics and Chemistry for several years. When it comes to my teaching approach, I really like to tailor my teaching approach to the individual student’s needs. I believe that every student has varying individual needs and I like to know them and tailor my classes to what works well for them.

I am an expert in this field with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and education, a college teaching certificate in chemistry and mathematics and several years of experience teaching various subjects in local secondary schools. I have experience preparing curriculum and collecting content to use in the online classes. I have the experience needed to create daily work schedules and exams and I am very creative, which helps to keep the students engaged. I have the ability to adhere to the curriculum of your school and to the state and federal laws associated with teaching. I can put together class discussions where students can ask questions and voice opinions. I also have the ability to observe the progress of the students and maintain excellent student records. I am computer literate with a complete understanding of the various web-based programs. I have the skills to adjust the materials used to an online format and I can stay in touch with students by emails, instant messaging and live chat when necessary. I have the flexibility to provide extra help for students that are having problems. I also have excellent time management skills that make it possible to handle all of the responsibilities this position requires. I have lots of patience and I always treat students with respect and a friendly attitude. I also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
