About Stanley
I am a Sixth Form student at The Skinners' School, with A* predictions in A-Level Maths and A-Level Further Maths. Having recently achieved a Grade 9 at GCSE and an A in OCR Additional Maths, I have a fresh understanding of the current curriculum.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy mathematics and love helping others build their confidence in the subject. Having navigated the exams myself, I know how challenging it can feel. I want to share the study habits, exam techniques, and problem-solving skills that worked for me to help younger students reach their full potential.

My lessons are highly interactive, patient, and tailored entirely to the student's individual goals.
During our first lesson, I carry out a relaxed assessment to map out the student's specific strengths and pinpoint the exact topics causing problems. In the following lessons, I bring targeted practice questions to work through those weaknesses, ensuring a strong foundational understanding before moving on to exam-style application.
We will use top-tier resources to tackle these focus areas. Having recently taken my GCSE maths in year 10 and Additional Maths in year 11, I can relate with the confusion that students experience, allowing me to explain the problems in a way they can understand.
