About Jonathon
I have been in the education industry for 27 years. I have worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, program coordinator, and data analyst. I understand that every student is different, in fact for 5 years, I worked in diverse school settings. So I really understand different learning styles. It is important to me that students and I have a good relationship, because that is where the real work of learning gets done. Students will learn from you best if you have a good relationship, they will learn if you have a poor relationship, but they will not learn if they have no relationship.
