About Ciera
I am a music student at the 23rd highest rated school of music in the U.S., Lipscomb University. I have been singing for over 10 years, participating in various choirs, ensembles, vocal competitions, and auditions.
I had 1 year of working with choral students teaching introductory theory and work with struggling peers for basic theory and other musical concepts such as sight-singing and ear training.

I think it is important to utilize different teaching methods so that each student feels comfortable with the concepts they are being taught, whether it is drawing diagrams, playing things on the piano, or explaining verbally. I am a big advocate of positive affirmation and encouragement.
