About Andrea
I am a philosophy teacher (holding a bachelor in philosophy and a bachelor in pedagogy / teaching) now a grad philosophy student in the UiO. I am a Spanish native speaker who has lived 10 years in Spain and over 10 years in Chile. I have experience in teaching in highschool and children ages 5-13 in summer school, and also I have experience in teaching at university level as a teacher assistant.

My method for teaching focuses on the needs of my students. I make the subject fun and meaningful by situating it in context. We can look at the cultural differences between Spain and Latin America while being in Oslo, seeing how there are also differences in the language itself. I am very interested in teaching about both my cultures (Spanish and Chilean), as in teaching you to pronounce and communicate properly in the language. I am very patient and have a lot of motivation, as I profoundly appreciate my language. Do not hesitate to contact for further detail! I can adapt my style to different ages, although I have more experience with teenagers and adults.
