My rate includes coverage for distances covered travelling to students homes. I have a cancellation policy of before noon the day of a tutoring session. I am flexible and understanding of emergencies and that sometimes life happens, however in most cases if I am not notified before noon on that day I will charge the fee for that session and we can then reschedule a different session. The same policy applies to "no-shows." I will wait 10 minutes into each session, if we are meeting at a public location, before declaring the session as being missed. Of course I hold myself to the same standard and will let you know before noon if I have to cancel a session as well. Thank you!
