About Lara
I'm a 37-year-old mother of 3 who found her passion working with disabled children. Nothing makes my heart happier than seeing progress from a child knowing that I had a part in that. I'm well trained in different techniques of teaching and dealing with difficult behaviors.

Special needs paraeducator with 10+ years experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD, ADD, Autism, and Down syndrome. I hold an Associate's degree in human services as well as a child psychology certificate and a certificate in high leverage practices for autism. I am both CPI and UKERU trained, so I'm available to help with those areas as well.
