About Marelize
I am currently completing my Honors in Sport Science at Stellenbosch University, specializing in performance sport and applied strength & conditioning. My academic journey, combined with my experience working with athletes, has deepened my passion for teaching and mentoring. I am interested in tutoring because I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into clear, relatable explanations and helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice. Supporting others in their learning not only strengthens their academic success but also contributes to the growth of future sport scientists which is something I am deeply committed to.

I combine my honors-level Sport Science studies with hands-on coaching experience to make lessons engaging, practical, and easy to understand. I link theory directly to real-world sport performance, break down complex topics into clear steps, and use interactive methods so students learn to apply their knowledge, not just memorize it.
