About Andy
I spent a year in England teaching Sport Science to 16-18 year olds looking to go to University. I have obtained hundreds of Personal Training clients over the years, all of which have achieved their goals under my guidance. I have always been flexible with my clientele, ranging from weight loss, muscle mass increase and fitness improvements.
