About Rita
I am currently finishing my MSc in Sports and Exercise Science. I also work as a Activities Coordinator, so I have been developing my skills by organizing planned sessions for individuals with disabilities.
I have experience as a Tutor since a very young age, as until today I still coach my younger sisters at University. I also developed a study group when I was taking my BA, where we would go through different modules and prepared for the exams and oral presentations.

My teaching method is based on a practical approach, where the students understand the reasons behind the knowledge and we put into the practice the knowledge learned throughout the sessions. The best way to memorize a lot of the contents of the module is the relation with the real world and the practice of that knowledge in the day by day basis.
