About Alex
I am a Sports science lecturer and fitness tutor with 8 years experience of working with students from the age of 16 upwards to 60. I am currently teaching L3 BTEC sports science and sports development, whilst working as an IQA for a private fitness education company.

I believe in facilitating students in the development of their own learning skills. Heuristic teaching, flipped learning and Metacognition strategies are all utilised.
I am happy teaching in groups but would also like to teach one on one.
I offer both theory (A+P, Nutrition etc) and practical (PT, Fitness etc) lessons.
