About David
I achieved a first class honours from the University of Derby in Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation achieving a Dean's Awards in every year of study. I am currently awaiting the start of my PhD at Loughborough University and am looking to continue to assist in the learning of others in sport.
I have also worked as a strength and conditioning coach in elite sporting environments, training footballers and other athletes towards making sport specific progress. I have also worked as a personal trainer for general population and have helped multiple clients achieve their goals.

I have an extensive background in teaching pupils of all ages with over 6 years experience.
My Philosophy for teaching is to create an environment that is enjoyable and relaxed whilst also goal focused. I hated the boring and strict teachers back in school and found myself not enjoying those lessons as a result. This is why I make sure that each pupil is enjoying the process and I find pupils respond better as a result.
I look to create an action plan with each pupil to make sure they know where they need to be at each step along the way.
Lessons range from 30-60 mins dependant on the individual needs and level of the pupil.
