About Peter
Hi, I’m Peter — a specialist coach and qualified educator with over 20 years’ experience supporting students, teachers, and professionals to build clarity, confidence, and structure in their learning, work, and identity. I work with people navigating ADHD traits, burnout, study stress, or uncertainty in their personal or professional direction. Many of my clients are transitioning into senior school, university, or teaching careers — and need support to manage motivation, energy, mindset, or decision-making. My coaching is strengths-based, ADHD-aware, and designed to help you understand how your mind works, how your identity is evolving, and how to lead yourself forward — whether you’re facing procrastination, career overwhelm, or a confidence crash. I offer: • Focus & executive function coaching (for teens, university students, and educators) • Leadership identity coaching for pre-service and in-service teachers • Academic structure & planning (study systems, exam preparation) • Confidence and clarity coaching using neurodiverse-aware strategies All sessions are delivered online via Zoom and available Australia-wide.

Each coaching session is personalised and diagnostic in nature — designed to support clarity, structure, and identity development across study, work, and professional transitions.
Sessions may include:
• Tailored planning tools and weekly focus maps
• Reflective prompts, strengths-based check-ins, or takeaway summaries
• Access to a private coaching space for notes, updates, and ongoing support
I work with students, teachers, and professionals navigating study fatigue, low motivation, executive overload, or career uncertainty.
Many of my clients are in senior school, university, or teaching roles — including pre-service teachers, in-service educators, and those transitioning into new leadership paths or recovering from burnout.
You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit. I support a wide range of thinking and learning styles — including quiet processors, deep thinkers, sensitive professionals, and those exploring ADHD-like patterns without a formal label.
This is not tutoring — it’s specialist coaching grounded in insight, reflection, and strategy.
Small Group Coaching:
I also offer small group coaching for educators, students, and professionals in transition. These include:
• Focus & Study Bootcamps — build routines, reduce overwhelm, and regain momentum
• University & Career Transitions — structure, confidence, and direction
• Strengths-Based Leadership Coaching for Teachers — identity, mindset, and future planning
All group sessions include coaching tools, reflection prompts, and supportive interaction in a safe learning space.
Your first session is free to offset Superprof’s contact fee. All coaching is delivered online via Zoom.

My standard rate is A$75 per 1:1 session (delivered via Zoom).
Each session includes:
• Personalised coaching for your current goals and context
• Optional session summaries and tools to support reflection and planning I also support clients through:
• Small group coaching programs
• Specialist consults and diagnostic coaching (available upon request)
• Ongoing clarity and leadership coaching over multiple sessions
