About Kathryn
I am currently an english teacher with a degree in cognative science. As well as dancing ballet i am trained in jazz, tap, irish soft & hard, and heals dancing. I do Pilates and yoga and formerly a university cheerleader.

Train, train, train. You dont get the body of a dancer easily. Dance conditioning is the same style of total body conditioning used in gymnastics, karate, cheer. This style of condotioning elongates the muscles and uses the bodys own muscle tension as resistance.
