About Martina
With 7 years of teaching and professional music experience, I am a dedicated Piano tutor who believes in education through encouragement and consistency. I teach piano to school and college students and focus on helping them grow at their own pace.
A major milestone in my journey was learning how to simplify piano concepts for students. This helped many learners feel confident and motivated. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and stress-free.
In my lessons, students learn proper hand technique, rhythm, coordination, and sight-reading. I also focus on musical expression so students can play with confidence and feeling.
I believe piano learning builds discipline, focus, and self-belief. Many of my students improved not only in music but also in their overall confidence.
My teaching style is patient, friendly, and structured. I support students during challenges and celebrate every improvement. Teaching piano allows me to inspire students to grow both musically and personally.

My teaching method is built on adaptation, mentorship, and creative exploration. I emphasise communication to ensure students understand each concept clearly, from technical exercises to expressive musical interpretation. I adjust lessons to match the student’s learning style, ensuring that lessons are effective, enjoyable, and motivating.
I use real-life examples and case studies, such as performing familiar songs, analysing classical masterpieces, and exploring music’s role in movies or daily life.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, improvisation, and beginner composition, providing a comprehensive musical education.
My goal is to develop not only technical skills but also creativity, performance confidence, and a deep appreciation for music, so students can express themselves and enjoy their musical journey fully.
