About Michael
Hi, I’m Michael
I have over 5 years of experience in IT and graduated with a 3.6 GPA in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin. Working as a Service Desk Engineer, I’ve helped countless people who felt lost or not confident using Microsoft Windows.
That’s exactly why I created this course — to make Windows simple, practical, and easy to understand, so you can feel confident using your computer every day.
I’m friendly, patient, and easy to learn with. Outside of work, I stay active through volleyball and the gym, and enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.

I charge £50 per session, and the full course usually takes 8 sessions, though some people complete it in 6 sessions depending on their pace.
