About Rammani
I have been learning Bharatanatyam for over 13 years under Guru Dr. Thankamani Kutty. I am currently doing my Advanced course under her. I have performed in several pure classical, semi-classical programmes under her guidance. Apart from that, I have attended State level as well as National level dance competitions where I have represented my school and my city, Kolkata. After all the experience that I have gathered over the years I feel it is apt to start teaching online now. This way I could share my art form with a larger number of people.

I focus greatly in proper alignment and injury free practice. Thus, all classes begin with a good warm up session. It is followed by teaching and learning of new concepts and revision of old ones.
I strongly feel to be a good dancer one must learn to appreciate the artform. For this reason, every class I teach a theory lesson. I share notes, suggest books and encourage students to know more about the dance form.
Overall, I try providing a holistic learning to the best of my abilities.
