About Yu
am a middle distance runner. I represented both the Track & Field and Cross-Country team at St Thomas Aquinas College (STAC) In New York. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with concentration in Sport Management and I hold my Certificate II and III in Sport and Recreation.

I understand that different methods work for different people. When it comes to coaching, there is plethora of motivational tools and coaching methods that can be applied. I base my coaching off individual character and fitness level. I believe that running is 90% mental and 10% physical - my goal is to get you to understand how so you can be a more efficient runner.
