About Ilda
After graduating from the linguistic high school I decided to do a year as an Aupair in America which allowed me to improve my English. Back from America I decided to continue my experience in London working first as a waitress to support myself and then as a staff trainer (teacher) in the academy of the same restaurant.
Back in Italy I resumed my studies because I would like to be a teacher.

From a teaching point of view I believe that recapitulating by asking questions helps a lot in learning during the lesson. I strongly believe in language learning through communication. It is important that the learner communicate without fear of making mistakes. You learn by mistakes and you also learn by doing and practicing!
