In my classes I use lots of visual aids, prepared by me or students own design.
· The use of extra material different from the guide book (updated and fun readings or videos).
· Include all the four skills and give emphasis according to the subject and current need.
· Pair work –cooperative learning has proven to help learners scaffold in the class.
· There is teacher-group interaction where I tried to bring contextualized examples and mimic or make them laugh, so they get the idea and avoid using the mother tongue.
· Language learning Techniques and strategies to accelerate the learning process are explored and given to help learners and myself in the learning and teaching process.
· Working with students in some face to face tutoring to help them catch up with the rest.
