About Salvador
I am a Management student at ISCTE. I spent most of my school life at St. Julian's School, after which I finished secondary school at the Salesians in Estoril. I took a Gap Year in 2018/2019 which served to improve my "soft skills", as well as to give me my first work experience (with an internship at Santander, and another at Unilever). I have little experience in teaching (I only gave a few pseudo-explanations to a group of 1st cycle students) but I feel ready for more.

I will try to captivate students using everyday examples (films, series, games, sports, etc) in practical exercises. I hate monotony so I will avoid it at all costs. There will be room for play, but only if the students agree to try their hardest and to be focused at least on the moments that matter most (even I can't stay focused for an entire class...). I will always start the class with a creative challenge (for example, announcing that each student has won an Oscar and that they will have to write a sentimental speech for the award ceremony).
