I have been working out consistently for almost 5 years and have experience training multiple clients who have been fortunate enough to have reached their goals. I could not have made it to where I am today without GOD; my faith has propelled me to excel in the gym, the classroom, and the outside world.

I am a strength based personal trainer who can cater to a client's needs. A typical lesson plan would consist of a warmup followed by various working sets and a cool down. I am fluent in English, Spanish and German, and I offer both one on one and group training (rates vary).
