About Balthazar
As a graduating student, I have better feedback on academic expectations and the skills needed to pass exams. Being a young adult, I understand today's new technology-based teaching approaches better than some academic teachers, and this allows me to be closer to the students.
I used private teachers during my bachelor's degree, so I know what works and what doesn't. I am a very open and very patient person, I fully understand everyone's difficulties and I am there to ease studies that may seem unpleasant and make them more exciting and fun.
As a very perfectionist person, I devote a lot of my personal time to making good review sheets and personalized quizzes for each student. My goal is to help you achieve your academic goals in an efficient and fun way. I am convinced that, thanks to my teaching method, you will succeed in overcoming difficulties and succeeding in your studies.

As a teacher-student, I take a student-centered approach to ensure that my classes meet the individual needs of each of my students. Currently living in Milan for my studies and only rarely returning to Brussels, I mainly give online lessons, via all the formats desired by the student (Teams, Discord, Google Meet, FaceTime etc.).
Before each lesson, I ask the students to send me the chapters that they have not assimilated, the tests that they cannot pass, the exercises that are too difficult for them, or the mock exams that they can't finish. This way, I can do preliminary work and guarantee them hours of lessons without wasting unnecessary time. I also prepare summary notes or review sheets that I send to the student before the lesson, so that they can access them during the lesson and for their revisions.
I prefer dynamic lessons where I explain the missing notions to the student and then we discuss what he does not understand and what needs to be deepened. Before the end of each lesson, I ask a quiz that I have prepared in advance to test the student's skills and achievements.
This is my usual lesson plan, but I am completely free to change the form and appearance of the lessons according to the wishes of the student. If he wants more exercises and less theory or conversely more theory and no exercises, I can obviously do it.
