I approach the law in a structured way, because in France, the method counts for 50% of the grade on an assignment. It is therefore very important for the student to have the basics. With these bases, it will be easier for him to let himself be guided by the substance, the form being acquired. We must not forget that the rote in law is dealt with: it stays in the head during the exam and most of the time disappears in the following years. Knowing that in law, the same notions come back from year to year, it is important to understand before learning, any subject has its logic, its method.
