About Steven
As previously mentioned, I am a student studying Biology at Saint Vincent College. I have began applying to physical therapy programs with the goal of getting my doctorate in PT. Regardless of my area of study, I am extremely confident in tutoring a variety of courses. Again, I also have several years of coaching experience, so interacting and teaching students is certainly not new to me.

One of the most ways that made me successful in my mathematics course consisted of the following method:
1. Practice problems with no notes/aid.
2. Grade that problem and see what you're doing well and what needs improved on.
3. Finally, break down the topic that you are struggling with down to the basics. Use class notes to help develop your understanding.
4. Rinse and repeat.
I like this because you are not holding onto class notes unless absolutely necessary. Students are forced to go through the process of learning it for themselves and doing this for many problems allows them to get very familiar with the topic.
However, I know many methods of learning/studying work, so I am willing to work with students to find a method that works best for them!
