About Tyra
I am currently a student myself and I have always enjoyed teaching, especially English, and I've also always wanted to give students a positive experience in a tutoring session in a way that makes them feel good about themselves and their capabilities because I know sometimes academics are difficult.

The lesson structure will depend on the child; my aim is to make it as comfortable for them as possible so they get the most out of our time. I will ask how they think they learn, whether it be through visual aids or past papers, etc. I also look to gain experience more than anything. I have previous experience working as a teaching assistant in all subjects and have an NVQ in health and social care, which includes childcare and education.
