I am a Maths with mathematical physics student at University College London, and am specifically interested in dynamic systems. My love for Maths stems from the satisfaction in applying my knowledge onto the world around me, and understanding everyday systems to a greater degree.

In lessons, I would strive for students to have a concrete understanding of the methods and functions being used, as this is the only way a mathematician can manipulate their knowledge in unfamiliar and new scenarios or problems. Each lesson would be constructed with the format of firstly recounting the previous lesson, with practice questions on this content. This would be followed by the learning of new content in an interactive format. This may be content that the student has found specifically hard in class, or important understanding in preparation for an upcoming assessment. I would aim to cover all syllabus content by exam season. The final quarter of the lesson would be spent doing practice questions with the student in order to solidify their understanding and allow them to practise carrying out exam-style questions. Finally, I would give the student a set of further problems to complete prior to the following lesson, for which I would mark and then feedback at the start of the following lesson
