About Marie-Laure
After a double career of actress and public relations in subsidized cultural venues, theater workshops in schools, substitute teacher in the first degree, I discovered the Social and Handicap through my missions at the Center Jacques Cartier , then to Cap Emploi. As part of my assignments as a substitute teacher at all levels in primary classes in New Caledonia, I made substitutions of one day or over time in the same class. I also did the preparation before the lessons under the supervision of an educational advisor or had to adapt to the instructions left 10 minutes before entering the classroom. I held the position of substitute teacher from 2011 to 2016 with young people with speech impairments or hearing impaired at the SSEFS of the Jacques Cartier Center in St Brieuc in primary schools, colleges and high schools of Côtes d'Armor. I provided individual weekly pedagogical support for children aged 7 to 20 integrated in school with upstream educational preparation, regular relations with families, teaching staff and the medico-social team of the Jacques Cartier Center. I have a great team spirit while being able to autonomy. I enjoy contact with young people, I am available and very attentive to their problems with a taste for transmission.
