About Kai Artur

I'm Kai, born and raised in Germany and have a PhD in German Studies. With my vast teaching experience at unis and schools I'll be happy to help you reach your goal in German, whatever it may be, whether it's a hobby, for school, for work or to impress your German partner. My students have been highly successful. Let's get together and find out how I can help you!

About the lesson

Our sessions will be about 60 minutes. We do whatever you need. Conversation, grammar, exam preparation (GCSE, A-Level, Goethe-Institut Exams all levels). Most importantly it should be fun. For over 20 years I have worked at unis and schools in Germany, the US and the UK, so any age groups are welcome, minimum age is 10 years old.

Kai is an excellent and engaging teacher. He is able to tailor lessons to an individual’s needs and interests whilst also teaching them what they need for the relevant qualifications. I always enjoy my lessons with Kai and my German has significantly improved since I have learnt with him.

Kai has been a fantastic tutor for my son's German A level preparation. My son was way behind the curve 2 months before his exams. Kai took him under his wings. He clearly knew the curriculum and how to best teach a late starter with discipline and insight into what counts. As a result he was able to help my son catch up on much of the gap and achieve his target grade. Very grateful and worth every hour and every penny. Thank you Kai !
