About Claudia
Graduated in the school of SwáSthya Yôga. We are professionals trained in partnership between the Federation that represents us and the Department of Cultural Extension of important universities in the country and abroad. In order to obtain the highest technical and professional level, the instructors go through twelve years of studies and annual revalidation exams conducted by the Federation of SwáSthya Yôga Professionals. Has been a practitioner since 2009.

Individual or group classes, with personal coaching for the evolution of the practitioner. We work the mind and the body simultaneously. In our classes we train the body, the vitality, the emotional management, the concentration and the increase of the creativity, as well as the stimulus to the mental clarity in the decision making.
