About Natalia

I’ve been swimming competitively for 19 years and have competed at the NCAA Division I level for Arizona State University and Duquesne University. I’ve represented Poland internationally and qualified for the Olympic Trials. Throughout my career, I’ve learned from coaches including Bob Bowman and Brett Hawke.

I enjoy helping swimmers build on what they already know and become more technically efficient, confident, and faster in the water. I tailor each lesson to the swimmer’s goals, whether that’s improving stroke technique, preparing for a triathlon or aquathlon, or working toward a Navy or Air Force swim test.

About the lesson

I have been a competitive swimmer for 19 years. I’m a former NCAA Division I athlete at Arizona State University and Duke University, an Olympic Trials qualifier, and I’ve represented Poland internationally. I’ve also had the opportunity to train under Bob Bowman, Brett Hawke, and other internationally recognized coaches. I help swimmers improve their technique, speed, and efficiency, including triathlon and aquathlon athletes, competitive swimmers, and people preparing for Navy or Air Force swim tests 🫀
