About Jay
I’m a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience working in professional fitness centers in both Korea and Australia. My journey into training started from a very personal place — I was extremely skinny and physically weak growing up, which pushed me to begin training and learning how the body really works.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced lifters, achieve sustainable fat loss, muscle gain, and better movement quality. I focus on practical, realistic coaching that fits into real life, not extreme or short-term methods.
I genuinely enjoy helping people feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their own bodies.

I offer personal training sessions for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. My coaching focuses on fat loss, muscle gain, posture correction, and building sustainable habits rather than short-term results.
Sessions typically run for 60 minutes and include movement assessment, structured strength training, and guidance on technique, lifestyle habits, and realistic nutrition strategies.
With over 10 years of experience training clients in Korea and Australia, I adapt every session to the individual’s body, goals, and training history. My approach is practical, science-based, and designed to help you achieve results you can actually maintain long term.
