I have had an excellent experience working with overseas guests during my last year contract in Cyprus as a yoga institute ((concealed information) Since January 2017, I have taught outdoor yoga in Taipei, Taiwan and an intense workshop for an external label GoFormosa & Harmony Yoga School.

I teach Hatha yoga and Vinyasa a bit of martial art. Chinese / English and Basic French. I started doing yoga 5 years ago, and it's been the most incredibly difficult yet rewarding journey I've ever been on. I have learned that I am capable of more than I ever imagined. And while I've strayed away from it at times, I always come back to face myself on my mat, and to hold with gratitude the grace that is my person. I went to Thailand to take yoga teacher training course so that I could be able to help myself and others live healthier lives. I came away with that and so much more. I had the best time of my life and I'd love to share more of my yoga journey with you.
