I teach a flow yoga class with some attention to alignment while inspiring the heart.

These are rates for private lessons. Group lessons would be $20/ person for at least 3 people. More than three people, the price is $15. I like to offer 1 month, 2 month or 3 month series that would cultivate continuity. in these cases, the price would be $18/ person for at least 3 people or $12/ person for more 3 people. I can teach general all levels classes, focus on something specific or teach to a theme, based on the needs of the student(s).
