I am a very patient person, I immediately try to understand the level of experience of my interlocutor and to explain to him the various methods to obtain the result he wants.
I always start by explaining the hardware and / or software basics, giving a minimum of knowledge of what is behind the operation of a machine or an application, I talk about the various alternative options and then I provide practical examples, including interactive ones.
