About Sofía
I am from Costa Rica. Formerly a dedicated nurse, I discovered the transformative power of yoga during my travels in India. Where I did my yoga training. Now, with an open mind and heart I am embarking on a new journey as a yoga teacher. Known for my active lifestyle, traveling around the world, I will bring a unique blend of qualities to the practice of yoga.

I strive to create a supportive community by providing individualized attention, understanding the unique needs of each student.
