Hi I am Srishti Mittal. I am deeply passionate about teaching Yoga and meditation. I love to incorporate mindfulness and movement-based therapeutic practices in my classes. My classes will help you to improve mind-body connection and feel balance in life.

Srishti, is a great yoga teacher and a beautiful person. We did one on one yoga classes with her and we were very happy with her. Unfortunately she moved out from our area to a new home. It was not viable for her to continue with us. But she got great skills. We miss her.
Srishti is a very knowledgeable and compassionate Yoga teacher. She guides her students not just on the mat , but beyond the poses. She is reliable and hardworking. Highly recommend her classes to everyone!!! Love learning from her!!
