About Juliet
I am a teacher, tutor, and graphic designer with a passion for literacy education. I spent the last two years earning my Master's in English, an experience that allowed me to teach writing in both the classroom and in one-on-one tutoring contexts. I believe that effective writing skills are the gateway to success for all students, and am honored to facilitate that process for students of all backgrounds and skill levels. I also have 5+ years of experience working as a professional graphic designer, which informs my multimodal teaching practice.

My teaching method centers around finding the right process for each individual based on their particular background and learning style. I truly enjoy getting to know each student and finding an approach to writing that uniquely fits their needs. I also believe that effective communicative skills go beyond writing, and therefore place an emphasis on multimodal rhetorical approaches such as visual design and public speaking.
