Born in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), I worked with scientific research for 10 years, carrying out my postgraduate studies. Due to the projects I was involved, I was invited to work for 1 year in pre-doctoral scientfical exchange in Madrid, at the Universidad San Pablo CEU. This experience was so succesful and satisfying that I decided to return and develop my PhD thesis at this university. During these years, I learned and lived my personal and professional routine in Spanish, facing not only day-to-day conversations, but also writing and making technical presentations. Due to this routine, I've learned also to use an instrumental Spanish with technical vocabulary in the biological area.
